My Clean Water Act (MCWA) is a program designed to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Clean Water Act. It includes education, advocacy, and entertainment. Funding needs to repair and update the US water infrastructure (water and wastewater) are estimated to be in the ball park of $600 billion over the next 20 years. The economic downturn coupled with reduced Federal funding has made meeting the demand very difficult. The EPA estimates the funding gap to be $500 billion.
