Event Description

The Los Altos History House is presenting an exhibit, programs and events under the title "Shaped by Water" about water in Silicon Valley.  At History House is an excellent exhibit of photographs, art and interactive activities for all ages which cover the past, present and future of Silicon Valley's relationship with its finite source of this precious resource.  Included are effects of climate change on the bay, and ways home owners can conserve water.  Events and programs include a Water Magic Show, a tour of a waste water treatment plant, and a tour of the Adobe Creek Water Shed.  History House is open noon to 4 pm Thursdays through Saturdays and admission is free.   For more information go to: Shaped by Water: Past, Present & Future
